TUMBLR BLOGS

This guest post from Hong Alexander

My sister told me about this great Tumblr blog that she likes. She said that she has recently gotten into “stretching” in the morning. She said that it really makes a difference in building lean muscle and how she feels in the mornings and through out the day. I decided that I would check it out and try it out one morning. I visited the site using my laptop and my internet providers new port richey connection. I put my yoga mat on the floor and started to do the stretch routine that was outlined.

I even added the “optional” stretches. I was actually shocked at how good it felt to stretch out. The rest of the day I felt great. It could have been just me thinking that I felt great, but I think that stretching is good for your health. I think that I am going to do it every morning! It reminds me of the people in China town doing Tai-Chi in the morning. It is really kind of the same concept. Get your body right so that your mind will function well the rest of the day.

Images at Whitney Houston's Room

I am playing Whitney Houston's songs right now. I love her songs that reminds me my childhood especially the song "the greatest love of all". Being a public figure isn't that easy for her. She was misjudge based on her turmoils and tribulations but why can't we just pray for her soul and remember her sweet and entertaining voice.
My heart was broken this morning when I saw some of the images of her last meal and how she was found dead on the bath tub. It's been a week but I did not get to see those photos in the news.
It's sad to see the image of her last meal and that for sure that was overwhelming to Houston's family. Some speculations were saying that the late pop singer mixed the drugs and alcohol that leads her fatal reaction or to a possible heart attack. The investigation will take atleast 8 weeks to finish.
Agaian Whitney did not die from drowning but rather from mixing prescribed drugs with alcohol since they did not found enough water on her lungs to conclude that she died through drowning. Hopefully her family will found peace of her death. Good bye Whitney Houston.

Father of the Bride

The Author of this post is Cheryl Martinez

My husband is about to become the father of the bride for the third time. I don’t know how I missed it before, but I just saw Father Of the Bride on our victoriaville directv for the first time. I am not talking about the old one with Spencer Tracy, but the newer one with Steve Martin. There are parts of that movie that remind me so much of my husband, especially the parts where Steve is being so cheap about everything.
In the movie, he even tries to fit into his old tuxedo that is probably 25 years old to try to save money. That is exactly the type of thing that my husband tries to do. Let me tell you though, I do not make the mistake of taking my husband along when we go look at venues for the wedding. I am sure that any place we would pick out he would find something too expensive about it.
I am not the type of person to go crazy when planning a wedding, and I try to save money the best way I can. But I don’t want to embarrass my daughter by inviting everyone that we know to something that is going to look cheap. There are ways to save money without it looking like you were being cheap.

American Greed

American greed is a show of real life scam that usually involves some tons of money. I love watching this show and learn from their experiences. When it comes to money people get greedy that leads them to lie and will make some scam.
People will become ruthless, liars, and even does evil things just to get what they want. Scam scoundrels and suckers are all around the world. We just need to be extra careful and never jump up with confident when someone offer us some tempting offer investments. Life is too short to get involve with some unpleasant transactions. Beware of any greedy scheme.

Me and hubby will want to do connecting flights and not direct one for us to see other countries too. Hopefully I can find one and I need to do my search soon. Family Everywhere

Guest post of the week by Val Flores

Having family spread out all over the US is tough enough as it is but since my brother is so un-into phones it’s hard for us to stay in touch. Last year I developed a sort of email chain for all of us to use to talk to each other and that’s been helpful – now we just Reply All and everyone gets the same email – no worse for the wear.

I love my family, I really do, but having to talk my mom through the clear-internet.com site was tough and it’s going to be easier to teach her how to email and get on Facebook when I’m actually there in person. My parents aren’t exactly tech fiends and it’s not like I am, either, it’s just that sometimes it makes the most sense for me to use tech to be in touch rather than hop on a plane every two months, you know? anyway, I love my sisters but they’re the easiest – I just send them Facebook messages when I want to!
