Alimony

Alimony is a form of an obligation established by the family law and divorce law. This form of support is practiced in many countries and including United States of America. This kind of responsibility was based on the premise that both spouses are obligated to support each other during the marriage. When two parties agreed to get divorce or separated Alimony can be applied as an extension of support specially to the spouse that has no job and income at all. I don't understand it completely that's why I researched and come up this idea. A family of ours is filing and I found out that there's a certain length of time to be followed to avail this spouse support.

Ecclesiastical courts is the concept of modern alimony here in the US and awarded alimony in cases of separation and divorce. This is the husbands duty to continue the support even after the marriage. Alimony has seven rules as the IRS is concerned...The seven requirements upon tax payers seeking a deduction are the following:
1. Dollars
2. Documents
3. Designation
4. Distance
5. Death
6. Dependents
7. Declining

Certain income are being observed and followed in filing and making payments. For more information ill researched more about this thing. Since every states followed different rules and regulations...
