Forgery

What is Forgery? Forgery occurred when some one altered the writing or falsely simulated the signature of another. This is a crime and a certain penalty has to be done to a person who fake the document without legal authorization. I heard this case a while ago but it was recalled today. Now I was really anxious how this forgery being initiated. This following are:

a. Signing another name to a check without the payees authorization
b. Faking the signature in a certain document
c. publication of un authorize document
d. Drawing a sick person to sign a last will testament without notifying him/her the legacies of his own head
e. Making some false documents of none existing individual to get personal interest
d. falsify some private documents as a record for instance in a certain jail facility

There's a lot of kind of forgery but this kind of a fraudulent act is very rampant today and we need to be careful of dealing people to trust with.
