To Avoid Stomach Cramps in Menstrual Period

As a woman we are all experienced menstrual period and some unbearable stomach cramps. I am having my period right now and feel not ease and delighted. But I would say my cramps right now is just mild and I can deal with it. But folks I did some research on how to get rid and prevent stomach cramps during our monthly period. The following are:

1. Extra moving- Doing some exercise such as walking, set ups, jogging and even breathing exercise is a a big help. When we have menstrual period our body is trying to release some toxic substance from our system so the blood cycle is not normal but fast that's why muscular pain always occur.

2. Hot compress- My mom applied this to me she put some hot compress in my tummy and let me lye down for a while. The blood will circulate more and the pain will reduce and gone. The hot water in the bottle or even in the towel will soothed inside the abdomen muscles.

3. Food-You need to always consider the amount of food you eat. During menstrual period you need to lesser your food intake and avoid those food that you are allergy with.

4. Hydration- Drink more water this is the safest and the mot effective way and besides water gives you more hydration.

5. Take natural- Most of us take some oral medicine. I learn that oral medicine is not good but it will only adverse the effects in our system. Try to eat healthy in a moderate amount and drink a lot of water. Yes exercise is good but you are only doing this in a certain time limit. You must have rest and not stress yourself...

If a woman does not ovulate, it is unlikely that she will encounter cramps during her period. For this reason, physicians often prescribe oral contraceptives to ease painful periods. However, you should be aware that birth control pills cause abnormal bleeding in some women.
