Reflection

Reflection is a representation of thoughts, images of ones self or something...a state of reflecting the past and the future and even current events. Accordingly the best way to reflect is during meditation. So i have here my Father in laws reflection enjoy reading folks.... Kindly leave your comments....salamat!!!

I look in the mirror and I see an old man with many wrinkles,I say man,life has been rough on me. Then I realize,each line has a meaning,one for the times I worried about passing a test
at school,one for the times I had to take a low paying job,because I did not go to college.

Then there is the time after marriage I was troubled about how I could take care of a
wife and child. Looking back it was little league, then the teen age years when the kids
thought they knew more than I did. There was the time when progress got ahead of me and I had to make sure I could survive in this world.

I see lines that came from years of smoking, lines of the times I stayed up late nights. After really looking at the lines I see knowledge,I see a mature person,that lived through good times and bad times and was able to learn from each.I see a man who can guide the younger generation to a better life than I had.I see a man that can say my life was not as bad as I thought it was and can say I laid the way for you to follow,yes,each line is a step that the next man will not have to take.When you look in the mirror, let each of your lines pave the way for someone else.

Laughter

Accordingly laughter is the best medicine, having mirthful experience and time with our family and friends is very essential. Laughter is one of our hearts exercise just like crying but not too much it could kill us too lol. There's always time for everything to cry, laugh or even being serious.

There are benefits of laughter and accordingly one of those is that it will strengthen our immune system why because we will become alive and boast our energy and enhance our cardiovascular flexibility. Comedy scripts and movies are one sources of laughter watching those entertaining films will add up and enlighten our boring day.

So lets laugh once in a while, have time to savor all the moments if its time to laugh lets enjoy and laugh and if its time to cry lets cry....... simple isnt it?

Tears

A liquid stuff flowing from the eye, this fluid appears when a person is in sorrow, grief, too much joy and pain. Too much sadness and joy can lead us to tears, accordingly a whimpering cry is better than hiding the pain inside.

But some people believe and claim that tears and cry represent weakness and low esteem, most people who do not like to cry are men. They feel its pertaining them to look like a feminine or afraid to be called as gay.

I do believe that crying is a sort mode of releasing pain and grief, the heart needs exercise sometimes but not oftentimes. Crying too much has bad effects too as what i have heard it leads you to some heart illness. I could not affirm it but maybe am not a dr. to say so. No one likes to cry but i think it symbolizes a very big heart that is touch by pain and even joy.

HOmE

HOme describe and use in various types, home for the aged, home for the football player, home for the brave, home as ones country, a house, and a family. What is home to you folks? Home is where domestic love & affection is or were build. Where family values, norms and cultures was imposed and followed.

I miss home my country my family........ i got a new home but it seems like i always feel something missing and that is being away from home where my innocence was cultivated to become a matured individual. I will be visiting home shortly i miss every one, my typical hometown who is so quite and so rounded with great art of nature am proud where i was belong... where ever i may roam there is always i called home.

Mother

I adore my mother i adore my sister, i adore my mom in law i adore my friends who dearly love their children... Who do not love their kids? unless they are pathetically insane. Woman from the root word womb, an ability to produce another life, a maternal affection that only a mom could explain. We called our mother in different name mama, nanay, mommy, ina, inay, or even a mother in different cultures.

I witness my niece when she conceived her first and second baby how we stirred emotionally, we are very excited we welcome the little boy with so much affection. Now i can not wait until i got mine, to see my own produce my own angel...

Kids are the product of love every one loves a child, a child with pure heart and innocence.
