My cousin had an interview this morning and she told me how it goes. Most interviewer has no abrupt answers. Most of them will say ok we will contact you on the next day or i will keep you on our file.I asked her how was the experience and she goes it was great.
She was able to answered all the questions readily and the interviewer agreed to all she said. Sound's like great to me, she might be hired. Shes very excited indeed. I asked her the details and this was her experience.
1. The director asked her not only few questions but a lot. Every time she answered the interviewer always jotted it down.
2. The interviewer always said perfect to all her answers and smiled.
3. The interviewer introduced her to the stuff and to the working place. She roamed her around and informed her to every detailed about the job.
4. The interviewer said she will call her back after the weekend and handed her calling card.
The interview goes so well right? but there is no assurance that she will be hired. Yes it sounds like positive to me but, " I will call you back after the weekend" is still uncertain lol. Maybe she can't decide yet and over the weekend she will realize that she will be a great asset. Cross my finger to her. All I say is if it meant for you its really for you... what do you think folks?
