Most of the time when we are determine to lose weight we tried to reduce our food consumption. But reducing the good nutrients might affect to our health, specially if we don't have no enough diet tips to follow. So I have some tips here that help us to lose weight faster than we imagine:
1. Drink Plenty of water...why because water gives you energy and keep hydrated
2. Perform aerobic activities...this will help us to burn some unpleasant fats in our body
3. Our body needs certain calorie levels, but we should not overdo it. We need to substitute the calorie intake to low fat foods.
4. Sodium intake must reduced...but take fresh fruits and vegetables instead
5. Try to develop weight training program to increase metabolism
6. Never go below 1500 colorie's per day and exercise more often
I am doing this right now and hopefully it will work sooner.
