Is Stafa a criminal case? Yes it is! It is swindling activity causing other parties to suffer and get defraud. It's a form of abuse of confidence and unfaithfulness.This deceitful act includes money matters. I have a friend who just caught of recruiting people to go abroad. She promised several people to process their papers with an exchange of money. One of them was skeptical and questioned if she's legal enough to prosecute the paper works. Only to find out that she's doing illegal activity. I am not so sure if she will be charge to stafa. Maybe illegal recruiter but how about the money that she gets? Can we consider it stafa since she lied and not faithful?
